Eaton Place is one of the most exclusive streets in London. Flat prices run from £3 million minimum but houses start at £25 million. Belgravia is probably the most exclusive area in London and is in The borough of westminster not Kensington and Chelsea.

Eaton place is very wide and there are few trees, which is unusual for London which is very green.

Demographic: English, Russian, Gulf states and a sprinkling of Europeans and Australia
