I'm a painter and decorator currently living in north Devon. During the nouties I lived in Exeter and worked on 2 projects in king st. The first being a block of flats on the corner with smythen st. Opposite the pub. The other was a block of 3 plus garage on corner of Preston st. The upper flat has the most gorgeous views incl. the west end of the cathedral. Absolutely stunning for what is I suppose a medium value property. Whoever lives there are very lucky indeed.
