I have been lead to believe that Jocelyn's was named after me by my father who was on the commission for the new towns. I am currently trying to find documented information. I understand it was named in the 70's before as the rules changed in the 80's regarding naming a street after a living person.
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
