For instance, part of our communal garden has a very high old wall round it-this must have been from a Victorian building? what was in the space before Churchlands was built in the 1980's? how old in the garage building next to Churchlands?

There used to be an old Victorian school (St Pauls School) on the site of church lands. It was built around 1880.
The building was used as St Pauls's Church Hall in the 1950s and St Paul's Galleries in the 1970s.
It was demolished in the 1980s when Churchlands was built.
The Garage has been there since the 1930s.
