My father’s mother’s ’ family the Worsleys Owned 117 Raffles Road I am given to understand from when it was built until the family sold it in I think 1958 when my great aunt Lilian Josephine Worsley died. I was born there and lived there until 1941. It is I think the only detached house in the road and all my children and grandchildren have seen it. It was like a second home to me as a child going to visit and stay Aunty Lil..
